Which utilities are included?
Gas, wireless internet, water/sewer, and trash service are all included — plus we cover up to $150 of your monthly electric bill.
Who provides internet?
SuddenLink provides wireless internet service.
Is there a security deposit?
A $200 non-refundable redecoration fee is required.
Do you allow pets?
We’re a pet-friendly community. There is a one-time, non-refundable $300 pet deposit and $25/month pet rent per pet. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home.
How does parking work?
Each resident receives one parking permit. Visitor parking passes are available at the leasing office.
How far are you from public transportation?
There’s an ECU bus stop that takes you to campus for free.
What amenities does Pirates Cove offer?
Pirates Cove Student Living features a 24-hour coffee bar and a large pool that’s open year-round.
What school district are you in?
We’re in the Eastern Elementary, C.M. Eppes Middle, and J.H. Rose High school district.
What are your office hours?
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
